Undergraduate students from all engineering, architecture, building, and construction managment, and chemistry fields at any U.S. accredited university--working individually or in teams of up to three students.

Criteria:

• Clarity and presentation (5%)
• Reasoning and depth (15%)
• Content (20%)
• Technical contribution (25%)
• Applicability (35%)
